This is a flat bar shaped power feed for new series Mitsubishi wire cut MV machines. This is the polished version of X089D256H02 which is the same power feed with the only difference being that this one is polished and the X089D256H02 is not. Unpolished power feeds will cause more wear on the parts and cause higher use of valuable materials, which is why the polished version is much better for your machines.
Benefits of A Polished Power Feed
~ The power feed has constant contact with the wire throughout the whole application process, while unpolished power feeds do not due to the rough nature of the unpolished surface.
~ Polished power feeds last longer than unpolished power feeds.
~ Since polished power feeds have better contact with the wire, all wire is used to the fullest extent and cutting pieces have a much smoother finish. Also since there is no interruptions in the power to the EDM wire, cutting times remain constant.
